My farm is the farm that will pierce the throne!

Hello readers, I go by the name Crossfear in the community of dota2, and I play the role of a hard carry, soo... you won't see me participating much in early game team fights =). In a game, I usually farm in my lane with support from best supporters Kumquatman, HEADCAT, Pixie or Snorlaxx, well..it depends on who is laning with me xD, but never from Whathepuak though due mutual hatred towards one another >=D . In early game, my job is to Farm, farm and farm.. till late game where

I keel them trolls/faggots who dares to bad mouth my team mates >=D

Though we are not the best, we certainly are improving game after game, and one day we might even enter a dota tournament and win it hehehe (Just a dream but yes, wouldn't be bad if it does come true)

Oh, and my favourite heroes are
Anti mage- Mobile carry, burns mana, kills everything fast, unmatched till late game by other hard carries.
Shadow Fiend- Challenging, fun, still practising at razing
Priestess of the moon- Arrowing is challenging and if landed a sense of achievement is felt because its hard hehe
Invoker- Ten spells at his disposal, nuff said :D

The Panic Button

I remember when I first started playing dota, everyone told me that phoenix was a difficult hero to play and hardly anyone used it.

But I chose it anyway, and never looked back hahaha.

HELLOOoOoo there, I'm Gem aka Pixie on Dota 2.  A complete and utter nub at the game but I play anyway because I discovered how fun it was :D  I'm here to represent all the amateurs that want to learn how to play, the casual gamers who only play once in a while & well... as you may have noticed I'm like, the only girl in the group (not that it really matters since girl gamers aren't as ~rare~ as people might think).  BUT YES!

I mostly play support.  In the beginning I always liked the more action-packed heroes because well, nothing's more fun than getting kills in game tbh LOL  But turns out my playstyle is far more suited to support, so in Dota 2 I have picked up that role instead of my usual in-between role which I took on when I monopolised the use of Phoenix in all our games.

Yeah, I'm a little bit obsessed with Phoenix (icefrog, pl0x add him into dota 2!)

Well I hardly get any kills, and as the guys know from my "OHMYGOSH DID I GET A KILL?!" and "LOOK LOOK I DID IT!" andddd "SHIT PANIC BUTTON!" that I am HIGHLY enthusiastic when i do.

Oh and I am known for my panic button spazzes.  LOL.  Phoenix's ulti is super nova, which is basically a skill where I turn into a fireball and make massive explosions and erryone burns but I CANT MOVE AT ALL (although I come out completely healed after).  Anyway, when I first played and heaps of stuff started happening (like the other team ganking or attacking) then I would get ~overwhelmed~ and accidentally press ulti- the origins of the panic button!  hahaha

I'm admittedly not the best at this game... ROFL im still a beginner even after playing a few months casually.  You won't find me pubbing or gaming often with the rest of EiN1, but I'm trying to improve every game I play :D

BOOOM. SHACKLESHOT!

Apparently, I am supposed to make an introductory post. So here it is!

I am known as WhathePuak in the Dota2 community and I am awesome FECKING PRO most of the time. I love having a friendly game without text abuse and intentional feeding. I love chocolate and pancakes. I also love pies. Blueberry pies are awesome. I had blueberry pie last week. It was fantabulous, hmm.. yumm.

I just realized I went off-topic... awks. Back to dota.

Windrunner is the bootilicious-red head babe that I love using in Dota games. I do reasonably well with her and the role that I play in most games is the initiator/utility role. This means getting items that help other heroes and initiate fights using her incredibly aim-reliant stun and long range nuke.

Ain't she a beaut?

I am the super manly KUMQUATMAN! I am the tanky initiating support player of EiN1. You will often find me in laning with Crossfear, pulling them creeps to let him farm. And then I run in and let off a big whooping stun and let him get a kill :D

I'm also an avid anime watcher, interested animes with a big robots which smash stuff.

Not that into music, but I have respect for the music which respects the purity of music.

HELLO GUYS THIS IS THE SNORLAXX
as mentioned above, i love sleeping, i can easily fall asleep basically anywhere, though i haven't slept once while playing DOTA, because it gets me so EXCITED and PUMPED UP. I love playing supports(though im still trying to learn where to ward =.=), because you don't have to farm as much, and i really hate farming (also because im bad at it). I love helping teammates getting kills/help them escape. my favourite heroes are CM/VS/AA That is all for now, as i have 2 assignments due this week =(

Ladies and Gentlemen, boys and girls, along with inquisitive parents (GAME? AGAIN?),

Welcome to the first post of EiN1's blog! This page will be home to our many DotA escapades, where we plan to keep a log of every interesting game we play for you, our dear readers to gain reading value (i.e. learnin' the ways without your parents knowing).

HOWEVER! We also plan to show you the ins and outs of our gaming, and entertainment footprints, ranging from the music we listen to that pumps us up or gets us ready to study (yes, we're not stupid), along with anime we're watching, theoretical strategies we formulate, and any IDEAS we have!

Let this be not a blog that caters for the DotA crowd only, but one that garners respect from all like-minded gamers and entertainment enthusiasts as we come together (that's what she said) to enjoy the beautiful miracles that arise from the life of a gamer.

To kick things off, I would like to introduce us. Unlike most clans, we're not actually that good at DotA. However, unlike your typical rag-tag group of shoddily matched players, we're all in it for each other - most of us friends for at least, a good 2-3 years, some even going way back to '06. We started DotA at various times during those years and have been growing in skill ever since.

• I go by the alias "HEADCAT", the result of too many hours spent on YouTube, and too many days stranded in the throes of lolcats. I've been playing for a good 6 or so years, however it's mostly been a process of playing for shits and giggles, with no real learning going on in my head. Ironic, I know. As a result, I'm probably not the best I could be given the time I've blown on this silly game, but recently I've gained the conviction to actively practice and get better, especially at the support and ganking/roaming role.

• Next up is Pixie, or better known by her nickname "Gem" irl. She began playing DotA only recently, and although is still picking up the ropes, is a reliable support, a passionate phoenix (DotA2 y u no haz phoenix yet?!), and a loving girlfriend :). She looks to improve in the future while balancing her intense degree at uni to keep her scholarship - quite the ballsy deal.

• Death Prophet

• Taking up the semi-carry role most of the time is WhatThePuak, username built upon a foundation of intense wordplay, complementing his 999 IQ - the one and only Commander (of the mid-game only of course). Great guy in the real world, works many, many hours at a cheapass asian restaurant that pays him $10 an hour - but he doesn't give a shit - cue honey badger -  cause hes a symbol of the true Chinese-Malaysian-Australian hybrid bloke dat neva gonna giv yew up. 
• Favourite Heroes Heroine:
• WINDRUNNER
• ^ Words of wisdom: just FF when he picks this steaming hot bundle of sex cause you'll be shackled down ready to be violated before you even realise the debauchery that is about to take place. DotA is just a game. It's not worth it.

• A wild Snorlaxx has appeared! You don't want to wake the Snorlax when he's snoozing, cause if you do, you obviously haven't seen Pokemon yet. Spending 90% of his awake time asleep, he still manages to ez his classes no worries. Some speculate that he learns in his slumber, but they may only guess, as nothing is certain with this enigmatic individual. Even though he falls asleep on the job sometimes, he's still a roaming support to watch out for.

• Vengeful Spirit
• Crystal Maiden

• Busy with uni life far away, our once Schoolmate - now Skype-mate, tag-name "Sanity" is a Korean superstar with APM of 9001. With no real preference of hero aside from not being a support, he is a superbly flexible player that is able to play almost any role required in a game. Famous for his universal online greeting of "sup", he dazzles all with his glory and the distinct way the troll. "UMAD?"

• Xin the fire panda
• Pudge

• Taking up the reins as the hard carry, Crossfear is certainly one to be feared. He persuades all with his farming skills and is a solid leader with impenetrable strategy. If everything goes to shit, keep Crossfear alive. Without him, no game will be won, no game victorious. Losing? No worries! He got this.

• What happens when you mix one hellva manly asian orange with the manliest man there has ever existed? You get a Kumquat-man that's what. Preferring the MANLY heroes with BIG MUSCAL (LOOK AT THAT BODY) like:
• SVEN - GOD'S STRENGTH.
• LEVIATHAN - THE MASS TENTACLE RAPIST
• You just can't leave.
